Asda Supermarket - Head of Catalogue Production 2004 -2010. Setting up the catalogue department and implementing process and procedures for the output of printed and digital in store catalogues. Development of the brand and strategic development of the marketing of all related media. Concepts and Art direction of all related media, print buying and management of £m+ budget.

Academic experience - Lectured in graphics and advertising at Leeds College of Art and Design & Calderdale College. Also lectures at Salford University and Manchester University on individual design management modules designed and delivered by self.

Worked at various University Business Schools in Advertising and Marketing workshops to help senior managers in translating marketing content into creative solutions for their MBA qualification.

Worked in the advertising industry on various multi national retail accounts such as Morrisons Supermarkets, winner of an international Clio award for art direction.

Grattan plc - Creative Head 1988-2000.[owned by Otto Versand, Hamburg -The worlds largest mail order company], Developed creative strategy and visual concepts for all areas of the Grattan and Look Again brands. Organised large-scale location photo shoots abroad.

Tesco Home Shopping - Creative Head- Assigned to working as Creative Head with a cross-functional management team organised with Tesco as a joint venture, responsibility to develop a new mail order business opportunity for Tesco. Developed a new brand image which was promoted through printed publications and new media routes.
